Meet Austin! This Anatolian shepherd mix is still in training and will only be placed with a home that understands the breed and will work with Austin to keep up the progress he is making. Austin, like many rescue dogs, had a rough start to life. He is very shy around new people and takes a while to warm up to them. He was born in June 2020, so he is still fairly young and would benefit from ongoing training and human companionship. <br/><br/>In his time at WAG, he has spent time with a similarly sized female dog, so he might do well with a canine companion.
