Austin

Austin is a sweet gentleman that is about 3 years old. He is living with his foster family and loves the grandchildren and other dogs. He very well mannered, housetrained and friendly to other pets in the home. He loves to snuggle on the couch and get kisses. Austin is pretty sure that his mission in life is to sit in your lap. As you can see by his pictures he also loves toys, carrying his favorites around the house. Austin walks nicely on a leash and knows a few commands. His foster says he is an exceptional gentleman and deserves the best family.<br/><br/>He doesn’t look like he weighs 20lbs but he is a solid chunk.<br/><br/>He came to us as a stray. He had some road tar and skinned places on his face and neck, and we believe he was either bumped by a car or thrown from a car. He has since been checked by a vet and has no other injuries. He is ready to move on to his forever home<br/><br/>** We usually never know the parentage of our puppies. What is listed is our best guess based on the appearance of the pup.<br/><br/>We do require vet references on all adopters. Please let your veterinarian know we will be calling for reference check.<br/><br/>The total adoption fee (shots including Bordetella, parvo, distemper, canine influenza and neuter). Spaying/Neutering is a requirement.<br/><br/>Atlanta Texas Area Spay Neuter Project is a 501c3, all proceeds go back to spaying dogs for low-income families and the care of stray animals that we take in. All of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care.<br/>Our dogs fly with Pilots for Paws or with reliable safe ground transportation as available.
