Aurora's Story
Aurora’s journey began in San Antonio, where she was found as a stray and narrowly escaped euthanasia. Since being rescued, she’s been discovering what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a family — and she’s blooming beautifully.

Aurora is a total sweetheart with a big heart and even bigger potential. She loves people, gets along well with other dogs, and is always eager to learn new things. Her curious, affectionate nature shines through in everything she does — from her happy tail wags to her soft, soulful eyes that seem to say “thank you” for every bit of kindness she receives.

She’s also learning the ropes of sharing space (and toys!) with her canine friends. While Aurora isn’t aggressive, she sometimes forgets that not every dog wants to play by her rules — especially the big, tough ones! She’s making great progress, but her ideal home will understand that she’s still figuring out how to be the perfect roommate and will help her continue to grow with patience and guidance.

Aurora has come such a long way from her uncertain beginnings. With her gentle heart, playful spark, and eagerness to please, she’s ready to find a family who’ll love her for exactly who she is — a survivor, a learner, and a lover. ??
