Meet Finley and Fallon (new names!)

Meet Fallon~

Fallon is sweet but lacks confidence with people. She will need some help gaining her confidence back. She and her brother Finley were on their own for a while. People were not kind to them, and she is a bit nervous. She is very reliant and attached to Finley and follows his lead for everything.
Fallon is great on leash now! She is a little nervous in stores still, but does well!
Fallon does not have a mean bone in her body, and is extremely sweet! She absolutely adores her people and is very, very loyal to them!
*Her favorite things in life are her brother, her humans, and furniture, oh and wet food! Give her a sofa, and she'll be happy there all day! Fallon also loves sleeping in bed with her humans and actually doesn't move all night long!
Fallon is 2 years old and weighs 69 lbs.

Meet Finley~

Finley is a super, super sweet and loving guy. He is social, and seems to love all people, after given a few minutes to warm up. Finley gets along perfectly with any dog he meets. He is generally quiet, and has a very gentle and kind personality. This big, beautiful boy, absolutely adores his people! He seems as loyal as a dog gets!
Finley walks well on leash, is fine in the car, and is great in stores.
Finley does not have a mean bone in his body, like he is legit, an Angel!
*Finley's favorite things in life are his sister, and his people. That's legit all he cares about!
Finley is 2 years old and weighs 75

**Adoption fee is $650.00 for the pair.

*Please don't apply unless you are very serious about adopting, and are ready to move forward with the adoption process. We are super busy and make a great effort to respond back to EVERYONE ASAP! WHEN WE TAKE THE TIME TO PROCESS AN APPLICATION AND RESPOND BACK TO THE APPLICANT JUST TO BE EITHER IGNORED OR BE TOLD THEY CANNOT COME FOR SEVERAL DAYS, MORE TIME IS WASTED~PLEASE HAVE MORE RESPECT THAN THAT!

PLEASE read our website's ADOPTION PROCESS PAGE prior to submitting an adoption application. www.apupspizzazzrescue.com/adoption-process

ABOUT OUR RESCUE DOGS:
All of our dogs are located in Connecticut, are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, have been given deworming medications, and have had CT State health checks, & go home with a leash, collar, & packet of medical paperwork.

BREED IDENTIFICATION:
Please understand that many rescue dogs are mixes of multiple breeds. Petfinder allows us to choose up to two breeds per dog. While the shelters and our rescue do our best in accurately identifying breeds, breed identification is not guaranteed. If there is a certain breed that you do not want, it is very important that you share this with our rescue when applying. When adopting a puppy, breed uncertainty plays a big part in the size/look of the dog as an adult. Please know that any puppy can be a wonderful dog, regardless of preconceived notions of certain breeds, but it is very important that the adopter has the dedication and patience to raise the puppy with boundaries, consistency, structure, & love. The more effort you give towards training & time you allow for exercise, your puppy will grow to be a HUGE source of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, TOTAL LOYALTY, HAPPINESS, COMFORT & COMPANIONSHIP!

ABOUT OUR RESCUE:
We are a small rescue run by volunteers & focused on finding the right match for both our dogs & for you. If you are interested in adopting through our rescue, you first will need to complete an adoption application & be approved as a potential adopter before meeting any of our pups. No need to be intimidated by our application as it allows us to get to know you & your lifestyle. Of course, the more you can share the better! Please also note, while a fenced yard is fantastic, it is not required by our rescue, however, it may be required for a certain dog occasionally. Once adoption applicants are approved to become potential adopters, we offer private appointments where you can meet one or several dogs at the discretion of the rescue. We offer a unique & pleasant experience focused on finding the perfect match. It is extremely important to us that everyone is treated with respect & that NO ONE IS LEFT HANGING. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS of application submission. If there is a dog you are eager to meet, please TEXT US DIRECTLY at 203-241-2351 so that we can check the status of your application and move it forward immediately. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you find your new best friend.

*All adult dogs can be cat tested by request.

HOME/RENTER INSURANCE:
SOME PROVIDERS HAVE VERY STRICT POLICIES REGARDING WHICH TYPE OF DOG BREEDS ARE ALLOWED UNDER THEIR COVERAGE. STATE FARM WAS SUGGESTED TO US AS THEY DO NOT PUNISH, DROP, NOR REFUSE YOU DUE TO DOG BREED SHOULD YOU RUN INTO ISSUES WITH YOUR CURRENT PROVIDER.
