Tuesday is brought to you by the letter "A"... for Athena! Athena may be a little shy at first, but once she gets comfortable she turns into one big ball of cuteness. She's a Halloween baby , but there's absolutely nothing spooky about this girl! Athena is a 32 lb Pyrenees Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog mix with the coolest coat and beautiful dark features. And her tail? Definitely my favorite part--she hasn't quite grown into it yet and it's adorable. She's a great eater, does well with kids and other dogs, and is learning to walk on a leash like a champ. Her only "flaw" so far? She drinks water like I imagine Beethoven would on the hottest day of summer. If that's the worst thing about her, she's doing pretty great! All Mutts Matter Rescue is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible. *** Breed determination in most cases is often based on the limited history typically available for most rescued animals. We try to be as accurate as possible with the information we have and the rescue assessment of the pup. Current Adoptions are within 3 hours of our foster homes, most within the SJ area - within NJ/PA/DE
