Hi, my name is Athena just like the Greek Goddess. I am around 5 years old. I had a rough start when I came in. I had trust issues. But I am learning to trust people now. I walk great on a leash. The staff and volunteers here love me!!! I am in training for the olympics. for the high jump because I can literally jump 6 ft in the air continuously . Just come in and watch for your self. I like some of the dogs here at the shelter but not all of them so I would need to meet your dog. I am all about treats I love string cheese. I am a huge cuddle bug. I am still unsure about men. I have had issues with meeting new men in my life. so you would need to come in and meet me a few times to see if I would warm up to you. I have ben here for a while and I am ready to be some ones best friend., If you think you may be the one please come in and ask for me, you won't miss me I will be the girl jumping !!!! Ps. I only jump when I am in the kennel.<br/><br/><br/>Dogs are available to meet before their adoption date. <br/><br/>The Dog Shelter's adoption fee is $64 (cash or check). All dogs come with DHPP and Bordetella vaccines, microchipped, a current year dog license, and a certificate to be spayed or neutered (The Dog Shelter pays for it). If it is an owner surrender dog, more vaccine information may be provided.<br/><br/>Our hours are Monday thru Friday 10AM-12:30PM and 1PM-4PM and Saturdays 10AM to 2PM. You must be present to adopt and have a current approved adoption application.
