We can't imagine why, because Athena is so much more than a beautiful face—she has a gentle, loving personality to match her striking good looks.<br/><br/>Athena has done well around other dogs and also tested positively with a cat, making her a wonderful candidate for a variety of homes. Like most German Shepherds, she's intelligent, eager to learn, and will thrive with a family that can provide regular exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of love. While experience with the breed is a bonus, it's not required for someone committed to meeting her needs.<br/><br/>After spending time on her own, Athena is more than ready to trade life on the streets for a forever home.
