If there's a water bowl nearby, you can bet Astro has already turned it into a splash zone.<br/><br/>He's often Rocket's partner-in-crime, helping uncover new "treasures" like shoes, plants, and backyard digging spots. But beneath all that playful chaos is a soft, sweet pup who loves to stay close to his people. Astro feels safest when his humans are nearby and will happily snooze where he can keep you in sight.<br/><br/>Goofy, lovable, and full of personality, Astro is looking for a home that can match his energy and give him plenty of outlets for play and snuggles.<br/><br/>Astro is a 2-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $800 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and neuter. Astro is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. He is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home.<br/><br/>The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.<br/><br/>We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)<br/><br/>Please note, adoption applications are processed within 12 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.<br/><br/>Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).<br/><br/>For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772 or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org.
