It's an Olympic year, but Aspen doesn't need to wait every 4 years to show off his athleticism. If there were a doggie decathlon, he would be a gold medalist. He can run, jump, hop and play with the best of them.

Aspen soooo badly wants to please his people and make them proud of him. He is about 2 years old and weighs 65 lbs. He's young and ready to learn everything you want to teach him. He sure loves to play with other dogs too. Do you have a dog who is looking for some good times romping around the house or the yard? If s/he can keep up with Mr. Would-Be Gold Medalist here, then game on! Doggie fun time is definitely Aspen's jam. He doesn't have to live with another dog, though, so if you like to be active running, hiking or walking and need a buddy, look right here for Canine Ironman himself. He'd be thrilled to join you and smile the whole way.

Aspen is house trained and crate trained. He'll do best with dog friends around his same size, and maybe should be in a home with kids who are a bit older, like 10 and up. We rescued Aspen because someone saw a person actively hurting him. He deserves and wants all the love and attention in the world, and he will repay your love over and over again, when he comes home to you.
