Meet Arya, a beautiful 6-year-old Pomsky with stunning blue eyes and an even sweeter heart. <br/><br/>Arya is not the kind of dog who will run into your arms the moment you meet her—and thats what makes earning her trust so special.<br/><br/>After spending the first part of her life in a puppy mill, shes still learning what it means to simply be someones beloved pet. She needs a patient, understanding family that will let her settle in at her own pace. Once she trusts you, she will happily follow you everywhere. In fact, she walks so close behind you that her nose is practically at the back of your knees. She is your little shadow.<br/><br/>Arya loves going for walks and is wonderful on a leash. She doesnt pull—instead, she quietly strolls along behind you. She isn't interested in toys just yet, but she does appreciate gentle pets, tasty treats, and being close to the people she loves.<br/><br/>She enjoys the company of other friendly dogs and seems to have a soft spot for children. Adults can be a little intimidating at first, so she will do best with someone who understands shy dogs and is willing to let her build confidence on her own terms. She would much rather be in the same room as her person than be left alone.<br/><br/>Arya is crate trained and mostly house trained. She doesn't need a fenced yard because she would rather be inside with you than outside by herself. Like any good Pomeranian mix, she will let you know if someone is at the door, making her an excellent little alert dog.<br/><br/>If you're looking for instant affection, Arya may not be the right match. But if you are willing to make the first move and give her the time she deserves, you'll gain an incredibly loyal companion. Shes a tiny dog with the striking looks of a Husky, a gentle soul, and a heart that is just waiting for the right person to help it fully bloom.<br/><br/>Arya is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped and is on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention<br/><br/>Fee is $350.<br/><br/>Please follow the link below for the adoption application.
