Meet Artie! This 9 year old shihtzu has quite a sad story. Artie was originally dropped off at the shelter as a stray but we found out that the very person that dropped him off was his owner of 9 years. When his previous owner couldn't secure a pet sitter for his 3 week trip, he thought it was easier to just get rid of him. Nobody deserves that.
