Artemis's Story

Artemis has been gaining so much confidence lately!

Her foster mom gave us this update:

“She's finally coming out of her shell at home, following the other dogs around, exploring, and playing (huge progress from when she wouldn't leave her crate/room). She's also doing great on leash and trots along on morning walks with the big dogs like she belongs there.

She is SO silly, tossing her toys to herself, rolling around in the grass, and licking her foster sibling's face to get her to play And she's the gentlest girl, takes treats with the tiniest, daintiest bites. Even when she's unsure, she just sits and looks at you like, ‘okay... just tell me what to do so I can get back to my business.'

And the best update, she had a playdate with another pup that wasn't one of her foster siblings and LOVED it! Other dogs really help build her confidence!

She's still a little shy with people, but she's making such beautiful progress every day.”

And that's all thanks to her amazing foster mom who we are so grateful for
