Arlo will be 7 on July 30th 2026. He is a great leash walker. When off leash he has a super cute bunny-hopping run. He is still underweight but the foster is putting weight on him in a healthy way. He is somewhat unsure of snuggles but clearly wants closeness and pets. He has had a canine foster friend and looks to her for help in what is safe and fun. He has gotten along with all the dogs he has met. He had a great time chasing minnows at the lake. He needs a patient family to help him be the funny bunny hopping corgi that he can become.<br/><br/>We recommend a fenced, secure yard to keep him safe. We also recommend children 14 and older for this dog because of his unsure of most things. We also want him to be in a home with another dog about his size: aka a female that can be his leader and become his bff.<br/><br/>As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed and been approved.<br/><br/>We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs. We do not allow our rescue dogs to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system. We don't adopt our dogs to folks who plan to have the dogs living outside 24/7 or the majority of time or living in a kennel type environment.
