Arabella's Story
Arabella is a 40lb spayed utd heartworm negative Irish wolfhound mix, 3 yrs old. Shes crate and leash trained and probably housebroken at this point. She came to us as a very pregnant stray. She was not a good momma unfortunately and all 8 puppies were very ill and despite non stop emergency room care we lost five of them the first week of life. Three survived all kinds of illnesses and have been adopted except one named Kieran is left. Arabella is still skittish meeting strangers, but she has really warmed up to certain people and especially loves my neighbors who spoil her with walks and treats and shes gets so excited to see them. But shes not great with their dog and we have not interacted her with other dogs here but we think she could be ok with an appropriate match or just be happy to have you all to herself. Her coat is curly and somewhat soft and wirey. Not a big shedder either. Once she loves you she is like glue and really hugs you with all her might. Will iusually let you know by barking if she needs walked to potty. Perfect leash manners. Arabella is available for foster or adoption at www.peanutsplacerescue.org click application scroll down itll appear. Text 7046509653 to meet Arabella.

Adoption fee: $400
