Apple Jacks's Story

Location- Appleton WI

Adoption Fee- $400

Hi everyone! Apple jacks here to update you on all the progress I've made since coming to rescue at 5 months old.
I'll be a year old on June 4th. I am about 70 pounds of pure love. I love, love, love to cuddle. I will nose your hand until you give in to endless belly rubs. I have learned how to play with toys. My favorite are chew toys and antlers.

I am proud to say I am now fully potty trained. I get nosey with my people and walk to the back door. I'm kennel trained when home alone and at night to sleep. Although I'll never say no to snuggling in bed with you all night either. I've learned car rides are fun and love the feel of the wind on my face. I can now lay in the yard, relaxed, comfortable with all the different sounds going on around me. I love to play with my two fur sisters. I'm also great with meeting other dogs.

Some things I still need to work on. I'm still timid and shy when meeting new people in the house. There's still something about taking on and off my collar. I'm getting better each time. Still working on walking with a leash.

My furever home will still need to give me patience and time to adjust. I adore kids. With my size a family with kids 5 years and older.

When you get to know me, I know you will fall in love with my calm, laid back silly, playful personality. Along with my handsome looks.
