Annie is an 11 month-old Great Dane with a lovable personality and a lot of love to give!<br/><br/>After spending most of her puppyhood without proper socialization or handling, Annie has made amazing strides with her foster family. She’s shy at first, but friendly with humans and all pets equally (but because she doesn’t know her size, she should be introduced to small children carefully). Annie is learning how to walk on a leash, sit nicely in the car, and go potty outside—with all this, she’s a fast learner with support and positive reinforcement.<br/><br/>Annie is very curious, and sometimes this leads to her getting into things she shouldn’t. Any items small enough for her to eat (food or not!) must be kept out of reach from her, and she should be crated when unsupervised. (Think: puppy proofing with a big puppy that can counter-surf) Otherwise, she will love being at your side or laying at your feet while you do work or chores.<br/><br/>Annie is a warm, bright personality ready to live a fun, full life with you and at least one other confident dog! Preference is given to families in or near Buffalo, as she continues to work on her car manners and cannot travel long distances yet. She is fully vetted.
