Annie is a sweetie pie. She's a Chihuahua mix, with a slight body and big, expressive ears. She is affectionate and wants to be with you as much as possible. She is housetrained and walks well on leash. She is submissive, such that when you go to pet her she sometimes crouches and looks unsure of herself, but she really does want the attention. She's an opportunist when it comes to food being left out, so you have to think a step ahead of keeping tasty bits within her reach. She likes to sleep in bed with you at night but can also be crated. She has a couple of ongoing maintenance issues to note for potential adopters - she needs her anal glands expressed every couple of months at the vet office to avoid scooting. She also has sensitive skin and is on oral allergy and yeast prevention meds to keep her from getting itchy, infected skin on her belly. The upkeep is moderate, but she pays you back for it in adoration.
