Information about Angel:
Approximate breeds: Australian cattle/ German Shepherd mix
Age: Approximately 5 months
Expected size when full grown : Medium
Adoption Fee: $850 (Expenses covered during her stay in the rescue for 3 months such as Spay, vaccines with their boosters, microchipping, top of the line nutrition, deworming, flea&tick control medication, sheltering, vet expenses especially visits before and after her leg injury surgery that was done after she was rescued).
Angel is a rescue from the county of San Bernardino. She was found roaming an empty lot with her brother Diago. When found, Angel had a massive hole in her hind leg that lead to a dangerous infection and discharge. Angel needed surgery to clean her wound and close it with stitches. Immediately, funds were secured and her surgery was done. Her healing process took a couple of weeks, her stitches were taken out, and there is not any health issues or disabilities left behind her injury. She walks normally and she is such a sweet and loving dog. Before and after photos are posted on our website
During her stay in the rescue (for almost 3 months), Angel received all the required core vaccines and Bordetella as a non-core vaccine (She will not need to be vaccinated again until next year). She was recently operated for spay. She was also dewormed and received flea&tick control medications.
Now Angel is ready for adoption. She is a sweet and loyal dog. She will follow her adopter everywhere and be his/her true friend. She gets along with other dogs and she does not have any behavioral issues. She is good with friends and strangers. She is not potty trained. The responsibility of potty training will fall on the adopter. She does not seem to have a problem around cats. However, we would prefer her adopter to work on training her to work with cats if he/she has any.
If you think that Angel matches your criteria for a companion, please consider giving her a home.
