She's an easy companion dog especially for someone looking for a low energy dog.<br/><br/>This sweet girl had a sad beginning to life. Angel lived in a home with many other dogs that didn’t like her; she became shy and hid under things in her home. A good samaritan rescued her from that situation and placed her in rescue. Angel has been introduced to many things in the last 2 months. When she was in Tractor Supply a lady saw her and said “She’s an Angel!” That’s how she got her name!<br/><br/>Angel is a submissive girl, give her a few minutes to warm up to strangers (treats really help!). Once she does, she’s a real love bug! She has that soft nature and willing to please of a golden retriever; I don’t see any German shepherd traits except her head, ears, and some of her coloring. Angel is very loyal to her person/family and wants to be around them inside and out. She’s very easy to walk on a leash and she’s housebroken!<br/><br/>Angel still needs confidence building. She’s come a long way since she’s moved into her foster home. She loves playing with other dogs, but if you call her, she comes running! She’s learning to retrieve balls and toys, too.<br/><br/>If you are the perfect forever home for Angel, please fill out an application and contact her foster parents at sylviaspets@aol.com. BRBCR’s approval process includes phone interviews, reference checks, and a home visit prior to meeting a foster dog. Approved applicants must meet at the foster dog’s location.
