Andy is a very sweet boy who had a rough start to life. He was rescued from the streets of PR, at the time was heartworm positive, he's finished treatment, and is ready for his forever home. He is a stage 5 clinger. He wants to be with his person/next to his person, he will sleep under the blankets.
