We are opening the application process for ANDY!!! He is a 9 pound 100% miniature Australian Shepherd. <br/><br/>Andy was found running scared as a stray in a desolate desert area, and taken to an overcrowded, extremely high kill shelter! Unfortunately his people didn't come for him and he was quickly tagged for euthanasia due to overcrowding. Thankfully one of our amazing volunteers spotted him and offered to pick up and foster him. <br/><br/>We have since had him groomed and vetted. We found multiple bit wounds on his neck, and groomer plucked thorns out of his skin. Andy is believed to be 2-3 years old, weighs only 9 pounds, super sweet, dog and cat friendly, potty trained.
