This little man is a charmer once he knows you and knows he is safe- at first meeting he can be a little skittish and reserved but that's just because he is learning to trust again. Andre loves everyone and gets along great with other dogs...he loves to play and he loves to go on walks and car rides....he is an inquisitive little boy and his social side is coming out now in his foster home.
