Amelie is a 5-month-old, 7-pound Frenchie/Yorkie mix who came to us through owner surrender and is still figuring out her place in the world. She's a sensitive little soul who wants nothing more than to feel safe, loved, and part of a pack.<br/><br/>She's learning how to dog-taking cues from other pups, building confidence, and discovering that good things happen when you trust. Amelie can be a bit protective of her person at first, but once she understands who's safe, she relaxes and happily shares attention and space; and plays like a puppy should. <br/><br/>With patience, consistency, and gentle guidance, Amelie will thrive.
