She loves everyone and approaches every single day like it is the greatest day that has ever happened. Alice knows commands like sit and come, is housetrained, and settles quickly in her crate after a brief protest. She is super smart and picks up new things fast, so her future family is going to have a blast teaching her everything she is capable of learning. She already loves going on walks, playing fetch, wrestling, racing around the yard, and chasing squirrels. She is working on her leash manners but likes to bark her commentary along the way. She's an absolute angel in the car. She does have an old injury impairing the vision in her right eye that her new family will want to monitor, but it certainly has not slowed this girl down even one tiny bit. Alice would thrive with an active family who loves long walks, hikes, and playtime, whether that means kids to romp with, a dog friend to wrestle with, or an adventurous human who wants a cheerful and devoted sidekick. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
