Alice's Story

Gertrude, aka Trudy, and her sister Alice were born as an accidental litter in mid-March. Alice is pictured here (they are dang near identical!). They are said to be Labrador-Rottweiler mixes. They looooove other dogs and are doing well with going potty outside if kept on a schedule. Of the two, Alice is a bit more quiet and reserved. They should do just fine with kids and cats with proper introductions. As of June 10 they were both about 25#.

The girls are up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and microchipped. They are being fostered in Bay City, MI, and their adoption fees will be $300 each, with $150 being refunded once proof of spay is received. The girls are quite large so we will be requiring them to be spayed between 12-18 months. We will also be spaying their mother, who is staying put with her owner. We will not adopt the pups out together. You can apply online at www.mittenmuttsdogrescue.com/adopt
