Meet Alfred the tripod Poodle

Alfred the 3-legged Poodle is ready for his forever home. This precious boy was found as a stray with his front right leg nearly severed due to severe matting of his hair. His leg had to be amputated, which is terribly sad since it was totally preventable had he been cared for properly. Alfred is about 3-4 years old and he currently weighs a skinny 10ish pounds. He needs to gain 2-3 pounds at least. Alfred has a soft, gentle demeanor. He enjoys being held and cuddled. Alfred is a not a rough-and-tumble type; he prefers calm and quiet. He needs a home with plenty of carpet/rugs for traction and few stairs because those are a bit of a struggle for him. Alfred is doing well with crate-training and on leash. He’s fine with other small dogs.

Alfred is fully vetted -- neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and deworming. The adoption fee is $250. We accept payment in the form of cash, CashApp and Zelle. You can apply to adopt by submitting an application at www.sohfga.com.
