Alfred is an adorable adult male Puggle (Pug/Beagle mix) with a charming personality and plenty of pep in his step! Estimated to be around 5–6 years old, this spunky guy still has lots of energy and enthusiasm for life. Alfred came to us as a stray, so we’re still getting to know all the little things that make him special—but after his behavioral evaluation, we’ve learned he’s truly a sweetheart. He absolutely loves belly rubs and will happily soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. Alfred is what many would call a “Velcro” dog—he loves being right by your side at all times and will make a wonderfully loyal companion. This curious boy also enjoys long walks where he can follow his nose and explore the world around him. He seems to do okay with other dogs with proper introductions, while his compatibility with cats is still unknown. Alfred would do best in a home with children 10 years and up who can respect his space and energy. Alfred is ready to find a forever home where he can stay close to his people, enjoy plenty of love, and continue being his happy, spunky self.
