Alex's Story

Meet Alex! She has just arrived to Rosemarie's Rescue Ranch and she's estimated to be around a year old. She weighs 30 lbs, and is reported to be an Aussie mix. She landed in a southern kill shelter with her brother (Elfie) after their owner was deported.

Alex is almost completely housebroken, but still needs an early morning trip to go to the bathroom outdoors, and will tinkle just a tad when she gets super excited. Her foster has utilized a crate with her, and she is adequately trained and will not cry or whine when left in the crate. On leash, Alex walks confidently, calmly, and does not tug one bit. Her favorite playtime pastime is fetch! This girl loves a ball and knows how to bring it back to you to play some more. She is a very active girl so a backyard and maybe another dog to play with would be a huge plus for her!

Alex is very social and outgoing, so when it comes to meeting new people, she is pleased to make your acquaintance/new best friend! Personality wise, Alex is a go with the flow kind of girl. She has a great temperament, is extremely adaptable, and eager to please, which makes her very trainable.

Some cute traits that her foster shared are that Alex loves running and rolling the grass! She is also super affectionate and loves putting her sweet face on your lap or shoulder! When the foster family is relaxing on a Sunday afternoon, you will find Alex snuggled up AS close AS she can be to them.

Alex up to date on vaccinations and spayed!

APPLY TO ADOPT NOW!!

https://rosemariesrescueranch.com/dog-adoption/

In the Consideration section, under 'Application Notes', please tell us about yourself to help us get a feel for you and your family, and as a fit for the pet you are interested in.
