Akia's Story

At first glance, she can be a little guarded with new people and prefers to make introductions on her own terms. Give her that space, and you’ll quickly see her softer side come through. Once she decides you’re “her person,” she bonds fast and loves deeply. New environments can make her a bit unsure, so she sticks close to her trusted humans; sometimes even tucking in behind them for reassurance. Akia is a big fan of affection and isn’t shy about showing it, especially when it comes to her signature “hugs” and cozy cuddle sessions. She’s a sensitive, loyal girl who truly thrives on connection.

Akia is a smart pup who already has a solid foundation. She knows her basic commands, appears to be housetrained, and walks nicely on leash, making her a great companion for daily routines. She’s eager to please and genuinely wants to do right by her people, which makes continued training and socialization a rewarding experience. Akia can become easily frustrated and overly excited around other animals, so she’ll do best as the only pet in the home where she can relax and be her best self.

Additional Info: Akia should be the only pet in the home.

This pet is up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped.
