Agnes and Betty

Agnes and Betty are a bonded pair. They came from a hoarding situation and are still learning about the world. We tried to separate them and Agnes became very anxious until Betty returned. <br/>They are perfect for the home that wants relaxed companions to watch movies, take walks or run in the back yard. They can walk on a leash with a harness and have gotten along fine with the cat in the foster home. They love to curl up together on the couch or a dog bed. Due to their history they are a little fearful of meeting new people, but are learning that they are safe despite all the changes in their lives. They have shown themselves to be resilient and accepting pups. <br/>Betty is about 8-10 years old and weighs about 15 pounds. She has some mild neuropathy in her back right leg but can run without a problem. She can be fearful of new big dogs and needs more time to adjust to them. <br/>Agnes is about 8 - 10 years old and weighs about 18 pounds.<br/>They are both heartworm negative and are on heartworm preventative.<br/>They are being fostered in Austin, Texas. Their adoption fee is $300 for both of them together to help off set the costs of their vet bills. ($200 each if separated but that is not the goal.)
