Addie's Story

Addie comes to us as an owner surrender and boy oh boy is she cute! Former owner says good with cats and kids. Probably ok with dogs but we need to explore this further. She's sweet and friendly with people. She rides good on the car. Addie has just completed a board & train program with our friends at Colt's Canine Club. She could use a foster or adopter who is committed to continue to work with her on her newly acquired skills. Addie can be high strung with excitement and will need a leader to provide structure and routine for her. She is such a lovely dog and would love a patient adopter soon!

Mit Liebe German Shepherd Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
All MLGSDR rescues are given a thorough check-up by our vet, including heartworm and parasite testing, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and given age-appropriate vaccinations. They are then placed in foster care for at least (3) weeks, taught basic obedience and manners and socialized before they are available for adoption. All adopters are required to complete a basic obedience class with their new dog as stated in the adoption contract.
