I have a super unique dog trait... I can SMILE! I will flash my pearly whites for treats, sometimes I will even smile on verbal command! I am thought to be an Italian Greyhound or Whippet/Chihuahua or Boston mix. <br/><br/>My favorite activities: <br/>-Chasing tennis balls in yard (my foster mom thinks I look like a miniature grayhound! But Im just your average Heinz 57 mix) <br/>-Long naps on my comfy dog pillow <br/>-Car rides <br/><br/>My tricks: <br/>-Im working on perfecting the commands sit and stay. Its super cool that I just spent 2 weeks in dog training at Howliday Inn! Not every average mutt can add that to their resume! <br/>-I walk on a leash like a champ! <br/><br/>Bonus: <br/>-Im house trained!<br/>-I sleep all night in a crate by my foster moms bed<br/>-Im working on house manners- mom doesnt like me on the furniture. Im learning quickly! <br/>-Im pretty quiet, my humans wondered if my barker was broken at first!<br/>-Im only about 25 lbs, and I dont shed much! Im pretty low maintenance! <br/><br/>My ideal family: <br/>I really love being near my person as much as I can, Im kind of a ladies man, you know? I am pretty nervous around men for a bit. My rescue mom thinks one was mean to me at some point and now I am initially scared of them. I would do best as an only dog with a person that was home more than gone or that could take me with them on outings. I could be with other dogs that are laid back and don't mind if I am bossy. I did great in group play while I was in training. <br/>Sometimes it takes a bit to warm up to strangers.
