Sweet, curious and full of tail wags. He was recently surrendered from his life in a breeding facility and just learning how to be a dog. He is searching for a forever family that will understand that he is still learning and will be patient thru the process. Frankie is still figuring asking to go outside. Leash walking is next to learn on the to-do list. Frankie is very shy and needs to feel safe before he wants to be picked up and cuddled. That's all part of the learning stage.
