Red is being fostered in Andrews IN<br/><br/>Red is a cutie patootie male Australian Shepherd and Border Collie mix. He and his littermates came from an oops litter just outside of St Louis, MO. Their date of birth is 2/7/2026. Red's dad was a working Border Collie so his forever humans need to be prepared for him to want to do stuff! <br/><br/>Red's potty training and crate training is on point! He is sleeping through the night in his crate. He is socializing with other dogs, people and various stimuli already and that will need to continue for him to grow up to be a well rounded boy! He loves to play with his 4 legged foster siblings and he LOVES to snuggle with his foster parents! He is curious, brave and sweet as pie! <br/><br/>Because he is a young boy, he will need a family who is committed to continuing his development. This includes:<br/><br/><br/> Ongoing socialization<br/> Positive training<br/> Potty training<br/> Plenty of exercise and mental stimulation<br/><br/><br/>Red is dewormed, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and taking monthly prevention for fleas, ticks and heartworm. <br/><br/>Proof of heartworm prevention for any current or previous pets is required to adopt from our organization.
