Meet Zevi (and Ziggy)

WWE Smack Down: Zevi vs. Ziggy .

These young boys are not official brothers, but they bonded incredibly fast. They are both very playful. They love to run, do acrobatics and friendly wrestling. Young male cats need a lot of exercise and these boys take it upon them self to wear each other out. Though, they do love a little laser pointer or snake toy play with their humans.

Zevi was a stray, who cried desperately to be brought inside and live the good life, and Ziggy was given up by a family who could no longer provide for his care. We are so glad these boys found each other!

The boys are very affectionate with each other, and with people. They love to cuddle in bed with each other, use their scratch pads and chat with the birds through the windows. Belly rubs are encouraged, in fact Ziggy's foster mom says he is addicted to them and after his belly rub, he demands hugs. Multiple hugs! Ziggy also likes to be held, as you can see from his photo.

The boys are so bonded they've created their own little language, they call to each other and their brother comes running to play! These boys are both young and constantly learning. They are excited for their forever where they can continue to love and open up their purrsonalities.

If you would like to meet and possibly adopt Zevi and Ziggy, email info@chicagocatrescue.org or call 773/203-0215. No texts please.

CCR adopts to forever homes in Chicago or the very near suburbs that are within 10 miles of our Chicago foster families. We love our cats and we pledge support for the rest of their lives, which is why our location limits are in place. We appreciate your understanding. If you are outside of these limits, please check petfinder.com, which allows searching by zip code, for cats closer to your home.

At Chicago Cat Rescue, we are dedicated to both the physical and emotional well being of the cats and kittens in our care. For this reason, unless expressly stated, we do not place cats or kittens in homes where they will be the only cat. Generally cats love the company of other cats, and can become quite lonely when living alone.

Kittens will only be placed in pairs, or to join another kitten or young cat in your home.

Chicago Cat Rescue is an entirely foster based organization. Our ability to help more cats in need is dependent on our availability of foster homes. If you think you could provide a loving foster situation for a cat in need, or would like to learn more about our foster program, please email us, info@chicagocatrescue.org. Thank you!2
