Meet YoYo
Yoyo is appropriately named as he bounces around the house here and there. This little guy is a year old and very energetic. He loves to play with toys, other cats, a large dog, and people’s bare feet. He will also lick your feet!
Yoyo has has travelled a long road to be healthy. When he was a kitten, he had a tail injury that resulted in a tail amputation. Then he was sick for unknown reasons; then he was diagnosed and treat successfully for FIP (feline infectious peritonitis). FIP used to be 100% fatal but now we have medications to not just treat but cure it!
We also discovered that he does not do well with topical flea meds and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder for his skin. So Yoyo sports a shirt that glows in the dark and is super cute! He loves his shirt! So if dressing up your cat is something you like doing, now you have a reason to do it!
Prior to adoption, each Barnie's Place cat or kitten is spayed or neutered, receives age appropriate vaccinations, receives a microchip and is tested for FELV.
