Meet Winston

Winston is a playful, one-and-a-half-year-old boy looking for his forever home!

This easy-going, cute tabby guy with the white mittens loves many things, including chest scratches and forehead kisses. He is curious and confident. He does well at meeting new people and adapting to most situations! He may occasionally accidentally nibble on a finger while playing but is easily redirected back to his toys. Currently Winston would rather snuggle than be picked up but will allow himself to be held for short periods of time.

This sweet boy loves birdwatching from his cat hammock and cat tree. He especially enjoys playing with string toys and cat nip mice—these will often give him the zoomies! He also adores nibbling on cat-safe plants. Winston can spend hours playing in his cat tunnels! Often, Winston’s favorite place to be is wherever you are.

This dude is a high-energy boy who likes attention and playtime! He does not spend much time alone as he will follow us around the house and even try to participate in activities like laundry! He will be your bathroom buddy when you get ready in the morning and your playmate when you get home from work. Winston would appreciate snuggles and playtime daily.

This handsome fellow is currently living with two adults, one cat and one dog in a single-family home.

Winston would do great as an only cat with people who are home a lot, or in a home with a young, friendly cat that can keep him company while his people are at work.

Winston had a special surgery that made his urethra wider, which was needed for him to urinate normally. He is doing great, but he does need to remain on a veterinary diet that prevents crystals from forming in his urine. It is very important that he stays on this diet long-term. He cannot have other cat food or people food, or his special diet will not be effective. He can have regular cat treats in moderation or veterinary urinary cat treats.

Given Winston’s surgical history, he would do best with people who are previous or current cat owners. He needs someone who understands the importance of his special diet and will continue routine/preventative veterinary care.

This guy is very interested and friendly towards other cats. He is high energy and is always ready to play. He’s enthusiastic and doesn’t always take no for an answer when seeking playtime, so he would probably do best with another young, active cat who can match his demands!

Winston also is very friendly with my 14-poiund dog, and has no problem being around her. He hasn’t yet encountered any children, but Winston has been very friendly with every person he meets! He’s a big sweetie, and is so ready to give and receive affection to the right loving family...maybe at your house?
