Wilson's Story

Wilson is definitely one of the lucky ones. He was rescued the day he was going to be euthanized at four weeks old in the Orange County Shelter because he was sick and they thought neurological problems.

The Shelter wasn't sure what the diagnosis was, but we figured it out immediately. He has very mild cerebral hyperplasia also known as CH. It's not deadly, it's not contagious, and CH cats can live very long and normal lives. He's not special needs. He is happily enthusiastic about everything he does!

Wilson can climb up Cat trees, he can run and play with other kitties and has no problem using the litter box. He is super friendly, goofy, confident, and outgoing. He has a ton of energy and loves playing with toys, kittens and cats. He is affectionate and loves to cuddle on laps and in bed. He adapts immediately to new situations and makes himself right at home. His hearing is impaired, doesn't react to loud noises and he had no reaction to 4th of July fireworks! He free feeds kitten dried food and loves wet food.

Wilson needs to be adopted to a home that already has a young cat under the age of 3, or with another cat from our rescue. He is best friends with Marlo (black and white tuxedo). He has a lots of energy and loves to play and will make you laugh!

These foster kittens and cats are patiently waiting for a forever home, and they are sure to fill your life with love and happiness for a very long time.

"Saving one animal won't change the world, but it will change the world for that animal."

Health and Medical Information:
fully vetted and ready for adoption! They have been neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and leukemia, and treated for fleas and worms. Adopting saves you the time and cost of these medical procedures, which would typically be 24 times more at a veterinary clinic and take up more of your time.
