Wilbur's Story
My name is Wilbur. I was brought to the shelter after I wandered on to a farm. I was super friendly so the lady picked me up and noted a rubber band around my boy parts! They were almost off and did come off in the next few days. There are no signs of infection, but I will be seen soon by the vet and then will be ready to go home!
