Meet Whisper
WHISPER is a calico with VERY dark markings. She has a few white and orange patches that make her look as if she’s been lightly dappled with paint, like an expressionist portrait!
She is sweet as honey and purrs like crazy! Due to previous injury, she has no sight in one eye. Feral Affairs Network (FAN) engaged a local animal eye specialist to care for Whisper, so she will not lose the eye itself. And she has no continuing health needs.
She used to be shy and reserved unless your lap (or laptop) are available for a warm, cuddly nap. Now, a friendly pet or chin scratching is all that it takes to get her motor running!
Shhhh, don't wake the sleeping kitty.

* vaccinated (rabies & FVRCP)
* tested for FIV & FeLV diseases
* parasite-free (dewormer & flea prevention)
* provided additional veterinarian visits, if needed for any health issues
* conveyed to you with all medical records at time of adoption

1. MEET-N-GREET: Visit WHISPER at Catnip Cat Cafe in Norfolk. ***Make a reservation*** (only $10 per person/hour) during their regular business hours to see the adoptable kitties plus WHISPER.
2. APPLICATION: Complete the form (include WHISPER‘s name at the top) and schedule a call with our Adoption Coordinator to review your application/questionnaire for approval and answer any questions about the process
3. CONTRACT: If you & WHISPER are a good match, then the adoption can proceed. Contract is completed, signed, fee is paid, and WHISPER can go home with you!
