Uruk-hai the Eye, aka Kai, is always the first one to say "oh, hi!" to his foster mom every morning. If she doesnt say hi soon enough, he plays with her pants or shoes until she picks him up for some scratches behind his ears. <br/><br/>He was sick as a kitten when we rescued him and his right eye couldn't be saved but that hasn't stopped him from developing a big personality - and a loud purr to match! <br/><br/>He charges into playtime with his siblings like he's got a third eye and is leading a pack of fearless warriors, like his namesake in the movie (LOTR). He loves climbing and tight-rope walking in impossible spaces and just being the bravest little dude. He's so inquisitive and curious, and often his foster mom's shadow. <br/><br/>He would love to be adopted with one of his siblings or into a home with another cat friend to share his joy and adventures. <br/><br/>If you are interested, please apply on our website missdixieskittenrescue.org.<br/><br/>**All applicants must live within a reasonable driving distance of Bethel, CT (PA, NY, MA, NJ, MD). Our rescue and kitties are based in South Carolina but we have a wonderful transporter who will bring adopted kitties north on a monthly basis. More often than not, she can deliver them directly to your home.<br/><br/>*Miss Dixie's does NOT adopt single cats/kittens to homes without another kitten or cat already established in the home, unless otherwise noted.<br/><br/>*All Miss Dixie Kittens are up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, flea treated, dewormed, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
