Meet Tulla & Rufus
Tulla is a gorgeous super friendly and playful Turkish van short hair mix. He is about 2 years old & best friends with Rufus - Russian blue mix, also on Petfinder.
Their owner moved away and dumped them outside. They are now safely inside in their foster home waiting for their forever home.
