Topanga's Story
Topanga is an approximately 2 month old, Domestic Long Hair. In July 2026, she was brought to the shelter after being found as a stray after her mother was hit by a car. Topanga will be spayed and microchipped once she is old enough. For now, though, she is updated on her age appropriate vaccinations, flea treated, dewormed, and FIV tested negative.

This sweet little lady was bottle raised by shelter staff and volunteers and as such soaks up human attention like a fluffy sponge. She's super playful too and can't wait to have a family to call her own.

Topanga seems to get along well with most other cats, and is housetrained.

If you interested in adopting Topanga, please fill out an adoption application using our website (echumanesociety.org) and member of staff will be in touch with you as soon as possible. You are also more than welcome to stop in anytime during our regular business hours and meet Topanga in person! Feel free to call the shelter at (814) 834-3247 if you have any questions.
