Meet Tomasso
Tomasso was a stray cat brought in mid January. When he came in he looked like he had been living a tough outside life. Purdue University looked at him and estimated him to be around 3 years old, which is so sad to us because we would’ve thought by the condition of him he was much older. He is missing all of his incisors, which could have been caused by bad healthcare, bad genetics, or chewing on stuff to eat outside or maybe all the above.
Wayside Vet will be looking at him to let us know if we need to have a dental scheduled or not. He’s been with us for a little over a month now, and he’s already starting to look a lot better, but still has some ways to go. His coat is getting more beautiful and you can tell he all around feels and seems happier. He’s probably so glad to be inside with us and not on the streets anymore.
