Toby walks into a room and already knows everyone and loves to make sure he is beloved! He is social, loving, snuggly with cats and humans and will be the ULTIMATE buddy cat for any cat! He also likes dogs, because, well, he's Toby! Toby is around 10 months, neutered, vaccinated and was a shelter favorite where he came from.
