Meet Toby
Toby was rescued from a hoarding situation. He is missing his hair because the conditions of his home were abysmal and he suffered from a gnarly flea infestation. Luckily, he is flea-free and loving life at the Cafe. His fur will grow back in time! Toby is incredibly friendly, loving, and chatty. He is friendly with other cats and would love a home of his own.
