TIRION is the most affectionate boy! Nice and snuggly, he can be picked up and held and loves full body pets and belly rubs. Many people comment on his broad flat nose that gives him a very panther-like look. TIRION gets along well with all of the other cats in our cottage including his littermate SYLVANAS aka SYLVIE who can be seen on her own ad. TIRION is already neutered, up to date on all vaccine, and litter box trained. eDOB 5/8/2023

ADOPTION PROCESS & FEES
- You must be 21 years or older to adopt.
- There is an application & approval process.
- Once approved, the adoption fee is $150.
* If you adopt 2 cats or kittens to the same home, the adoption fee is $250.
* We strongly believe that kittens do better in pairs and that bonded adult siblings who find themselves in a shelter should not be separated, so do offer this discount.

ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES:
- Testing for FeLV & FIV
- Vaccinations (FVRCP/Distemper & Rabies)
- Spay or neuter of the cat
- Microchipping

Please be aware that we do not adopt kittens into homes without a suitable fur friend for companionship (unless they are listed as being okay as a single), and we will not split bonded pairs. If the animal you are interested in is part of a bonded pair, please only submit an application if you are considering adopting both. Only homes within a driving distance of 45 minutes or less will be considered for kittens under 6 months of age.

Note that we reserve the right to deny any application that may be unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come - first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals in our care.
