Meet Tiggs!
Tiggs is a sweet boy who just wants to be a companion to someone. Tiggs is special needs due to him being, roughly, 90% to 95% blind. We think Tiggs can see light and shadows. He gets around great once he gets comfortable in a new place! Tiggs LOVES to be on your lap and loves good snuggles. Tiggs would do best in a calm and mellow home with another cat he can bond with. Tiggs is current on vaccines, negative for FIV/FeLV, neutered, microchipped, and ready for a loving home!
