Tia's Story

Meet this adorable orange kitten with the sweetest little personality -- she may be shy at first, but once she feels safe, she turns into the most loving cuddle bug you could ask for. She absolutely loves gentle pets and will happily curl up beside you once she warms up to her person. This petite girl had a very rough start being abandoned, starving and left in the cold she has worked hard to recover her strength and trust. She has a soft, gentle nature that makes every moment with her feel extra special. Her dreams of a loving home are our sole desire. Her favorite thing in the world is finding tiny cozy spots to nap where she can feel warm, calm, and comfortable away from all the commotion. She does well around big dogs and tends to tolerate them nicely, but she would likely do best as the only cat in the home since she doesn't get along with other cats very well, but overtime she just might. l. With a little patience and love, this precious girl will become a loyal, affectionate companion that anyone would be lucky to bring home. Start your engines, let's get her a home. She is currently in foster care in The Dalles but will be going to Lake Oswego Petco soon. Contact us if you would like to meet her locally .... her foster would be delighted to show her off. contact columbiagorgecat@gmail. com and we'll set it up. Tia is 10 months old.

Columbia Gorge Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
ADOPTION PROCESS With few exceptions, all of our cats and kittens are located in the Portland area Petco identified in their description. Petco employs trained adoption counselors to guide you through the process and answer your questions. You can meet your prospective furry companion in person and fill out the adoption application they provide. If you're interested in a kitty, we recommend you go to the Petco where that kitty is listed without delay. Petco only does in-person adoptions. Thank you so much for wanting to adopt a rescue kitty. 100% of the adoption fees go directly to CGCR to help us continue to rescue, spay and neuter stray and homeless cats and kittens. Petco does not profit from the adoption fees in any way. Thank you Petco for making this possible.
