THANOS Himalayan Kenosha, WI

Thanos is a 2 year old Flame Point Himalayan. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, FIV and FeLV negative, microchipped, and was recently trimmed into a lion cut. He has all of his claws.

This stunning boy came to the rescue when his owner sadly passed away. Initially he was confused on why he left the only home he had ever known. However, he quickly made friends with his foster mom. He is a very sweet, gentle, docile boy who loves a good chin scratch. He also really loves cat towers with cubbies that he can climb into to nap in.

Thanos has had perfect litter box manners in his foster home. He has been good at using the scratching posts on the cat towers that he has in his room.

This handsome boy would likely do fine in a home with other gentle cats with proper introductions. The other cats should also be mellow as this boy would not do well with dominant cats as he is very laid back. Very mellow older dogs that would not chase him would likely be fine as well. Older kids 15+ would be considered but Thanos would prefer a quiet home and little kids running around often would likely make him nervous.

Typical for his breed, Thanos does need his eyes cleaned daily to keep him looking good. He came to us very matted which resulted in needing to shave the painful mats off. He will need a family that is committed to keeping his coat clear of mats as they can be extremely painful.
